Minimum Order Value

 

  • Minimums yes...maximums...no ;) There is a minimum order of $100 and a $50 reorder minimum. I know you’ll swoon and want to order more next time.

 

  • Ordering  + re-ordering is easy, easy, easy. Go here. You’ll receive email confirmation + tracking upon dispatch. For assistance, simply contact me and I’ll help you restock with ease. Reorders are processed within 1 business day and ship within 7 days.

 

  • MOQ - I letcha choose how much (or how little) you desire.

 

Delivery Window

 

  • You've ordered, and now you're wondering when you'll have all the goodies in your hands. For sustainability purposes, we print on demand + create some hand-crafted, artisan items.

 

  • Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of your order to complete the order. Then, your package should arrive within another 8-9 business days. If there happens to be a setback for any reason, that will be communicated ASAP.


 

Returns + Exchanges

 

  • I can’t imagine that you would seriously want to return anything, but if something arrives damaged or missing, please reach out ASAP. And send a pic of the damage so I can file a claim with the mail carrier.

 

  • To be eligible for FREE returns, it MUST be the first order placed. If you’re not delighted, then I’m not delighted. Thereafter, returns + exchanges are accepted at the buyer’s expense - you pay to ship.

 

  • To be eligible for returns or an exchange, each item MUST be (1) unused (2) in original packaging (3) free of any price tags or stickers (4) reported within 30 days of receipt.

 

  • To initiate a return, go to the Returns page from your Customer Portal.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Tax is applied to all orders unless you submit your tax exemption form. Please email tax exemption certificate to: andrea@mohawkmommastudio.com.

Product Boundaries

 

I welcome you to list my products online and on your social media accounts. But please DO NOT list it on Amazon.

 

Please do not cover or mark out our branding, re-label or disfigure the products in any way.


Grievances 

 

Real talk — I want you to be thrilled with your partnership with Mohawkmomma Studio. But sometimes things don't bloom the way we'd hoped, and that's okay. Here's how we handle it when soil needs tending:

 

Step 1: Come to Me First. If you have a concern, grievance, or dispute related to your order, products, or this agreement, contact me directly at andrea@mohawkmommastudio.com within 14 days of the issue arising. Give me a chance to make it right before escalating anywhere else. I operate in good faith and ask that you do the same.

 

Step 2: I'll Respond Within 3 Business Days. Your concern will be acknowledged and reviewed. Remember: I honor a weekly digital sabbath on Thursdays, so allow for that rhythm. I'll work with you in good faith toward a fair resolution — whether that's a replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy we agree upon together.

 

Step 3: If We Can't Resolve It Together. If after good faith efforts we still can't find common ground, either party may request non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Costs of mediation shall be split evenly.

 

Governing Law. These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Mohawkmomma Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

 

No Chargebacks Before Contact. Please do not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or card issuer before attempting to resolve the matter with me directly. Doing so without first contacting me may result in suspension of your wholesale account.

 

Your peace of mind matters here. Let's tend to issues the way good gardeners do — early, honestly, and with both hands in the soil. 🌿


Payments

 

  • Orders must be paid in full before anything is shipped or processed. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

 

  • I accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), PayPal payments, and checks.

 

  • Are you paying by check? Make checks payable to Mohawkmomma Studio Boutique C/O Andrea Palmer (the mailing address will be provided on the invoice).

 

  • Returned checks are assessed a $25 fee. 

 

Shipping

 

  • Worldwide - Domestic + international orders are shipped within 10-12 days of order placement + payment processing.

 

  • Mohawkmomma Studio is not responsible for any duties or taxes that might incur with any international orders. Buyer is responsible for knowing their country’s tax laws.
